Our silicon carbide ceramic membrane is sintered at ultra-high temperature above 2000°C, featuring a three-dimensionally interconnected uniform pore structure. Compared with alumina ceramic membranes, it delivers superior chemical corrosion resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance and ultra-high permeate flux. As an inorganic separation material resistant to strong acid, strong alkali and hydrofluoric acid (HF), it can operate stably under harsh high-temperature and heavily corrosive working conditions, with outstanding separation efficiency and low energy consumption.
